Since 1994, the Rossmeyer family has become a focal point of the rapidly growing Daytona Bike Week experience. Bruce Rossmeyer purchased Daytona Harley-Davidson on Beach Street in 1994 and immediately embraced the excitement and diversity of this annual event. Early on, Bruce Rossmeyer developed a vision for how to grow the complete Bike Week experience. It started by adding dozens of vendors out front of the original Bruce Rossmeyer Harley-Davidson dealership on Beach Street and then expanded exponentially with the development of Destination Daytona.
The Destination Daytona property in Ormond Beach is 150 acres, with hotels, condos, restaurants, and stores anchored by the big 109,000 square foot dealership. This year, Destination Daytona will feature over 95 individual vendors, free parking for motorcycles and cars, and first class service all directed at providing a friendly approach to the diverse groups of people who attend Daytona Bike Week. This amazing complex will also provide incredible entertainment over the entire 10 days with shows at the Jester’s Live Band Show pavilion featuring national acts.
From Destination Daytona, you can fan out and enjoy some of the unique motorcycle rides and Bike Week events. Take the short but enjoyable ride to Bruce Rossmeyer’s New Smyrna Harley-Davidson which will also be featuring an entire line up of entertainment, events, and vendors.
You will see a detailed list of all the exciting events throughout the Daytona Beach area to fill your every Bike Week desire from incredible vendors, one of a kind Main Street experience, live music, motorcycle racing at the Daytona International Speedway, and unique Bike Week activities such as Coleslaw wrestling. It’s our hope that this guide will help all our biker friends have the Bike Week experience they’re looking for. Don’t forget to check out our Photo Galleries.
